On Saturday, Dec. 18th, was the Solstice Party at the Sunset Hill Community Center in Seattle. It was especially wonderful to attend because my great-nephew Sammy, the inspiration for The Boy With Golden Eyes, was also able to attend. We had a great time selling and signing copies of the book, and Sammy was recognized instantly as the 'cover boy'! I know it was a memorable evening for us both, and the positive attention for my novel was really gratifying.

On Saturday, December 18th, from 5-10pm, there will be a Holiday Party at the Sunset Hill Community Club in Balllard. The address is:
3303 NW 66th St. I'll be there to celebrate, as well as to sell and sign my book THE BOY WITH GOLDEN EYES. The 'boy' Rupert himself will be present (my nephew Sammy, who appears on the cover and served as inspiration for the saga's hero) |
